Meet artist Carlo Marchiori and learn what inspired him to create the dynamic artworks featured on our new labels. Director of Winemaking Robin Akhurst will introduce you to each new wine as Chef Lindsey Chelini completes the experience with her thoughtfully paired courses.

The Artist
Italian-born artist Carlo Marchiori studied classical art and academic design in Padua and Venice before working as an illustrator and film animator in Canada, earning an Academy Award nomination. Based in California since 1978, his paintings and murals appear in landmark hotels, restaurants and wineries around the world.
The Winemaker
Scottish-born Robin Akhurst followed his passion for wine from Edinburgh and London to vineyards in New Zealand, Burgundy, Australia and Napa Valley. After working alongside acclaimed winemakers including Thomas Rivers Brown, he took over winemaking at Clos Pegase in 2016 and now serves as Director of Winemaking.
The Chef
Vacaville native Lindsey Chelini studied business at Humboldt State University before graduating from Napa Valley Cooking School. She spent three years honing her craft at Michelin-starred Solbar at Solage, then built a following through catering and a pop-up restaurant before opening BackDoor Bistro and realizing her longtime dream of owning a restaurant.
