We’re inviting just 12 guests to join winemaker Matt for a unique, hands-on blending experience at M Cellars.
You’ll step into the role of winemaker, working with four of our estate-grown red wines—Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Saperavi—to discover how each contributes to the balance, structure, and complexity of a finished wine.
Matt will guide you through the art and science of blending, sharing the techniques and decisions that go into crafting our wines. You’ll experiment with different combinations, refine your favorite, and ultimately create a signature red blend that’s uniquely yours.
And the best part? You’ll take home a bottle of the wine you created, complete with a personalized M Cellars label!
