Josh Dorcak comes to Cowhorn’s Overlook for a limited dinner series set above the vineyard in Southern Oregon.
An evening shaped by place and season, where Cowhorn and Johan wines are poured alongside a menu from MÄS and Josh Dorcak. Rooted in Cascadian cuisine, the cooking reflects a precise, elemental approach to the Pacific Northwest, guided by fire, foraging, and a deep respect for land and sea.
Guests will dine at golden hour overlooking Cowhorn Vineyard, with each course unfolding in rhythm with the landscape as light moves across the valley.
