At Perlée, the experience unfolds through wine — beginning with a rare welcome pour and moving through cellar and library selections chosen for their precision, texture, and sense of place.

A seasonal menu accompanies each glass, designed to deepen the conversation between wine and cuisine. We welcome a limited number of guests each day into an experience shaped by atmosphere, restraint, and quiet intention.

While we are very excited to welcome guests through our doors after years of concept building we'll be only able to accommodate a limited amount of dietary restrictions until this fall. We are currently unable to accommodate vegan, vegetarian, no shellfish, or no seafood menus.
