SEATING INFORMATION
Reservations are offered at two seating times each evening. Each seating begins promptly, and the experience unfolds simultaneously for all guests.
GRATUITY POLICY
At SUZUTASHIKI, we offer a gratuity-free dining experience. Both cash and credit card gratuities will be respectfully declined. In keeping with the Japanese tradition of wholehearted hospitality, exceptional service is an integral part of the experience and is extended to every guest.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations may be canceled, rescheduled, or transferred up to 72 hours before the scheduled reservation time. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation, as well as no-shows, will be treated as late cancellations and charged the full experience price. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation within the 72-hour period, please contact our team directly at 702-852-0000. All changes are subject to availability and our cancellation policy.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS & FOOD ALLERGIES
TENSHOU Collection offers a seasonal omakase menu, thoughtfully composed around the finest ingredients available each day.
Due to the nature of our menu, dairy, egg, and nut allergies are the only food allergies we can consider accommodating, subject to advance notice and the chef’s approval. Please inform us at least 72 hours before your reservation.
We are unable to accommodate:
- Food allergies other than dairy, egg, or nut
- Vegetarian, vegan, or pescatarian diets
- Halal, kosher, or other religious dietary requirements
- Other lifestyle or preference-based dietary requests
Our kitchen handles a wide range of ingredients, including major food allergens. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or the absence of cross-contact.
