Step behind the counter and into the kitchen of A Flourshop for an exclusive Tiramisu 101 Workshop led by Chef Jonalyn Valdez. Over two immersive hours, you'll work from a custom recipe to bake classic ladyfingers from scratch, prepare a rich house-made mascarpone filling, and assemble your very own tiramisu from the ground up. This is not a demonstration — you'll be in the kitchen working alongside Chef Jonalyn every step of the way.
Take home your finished 6" tiramisu, boxed and ready to share. (Or eat the entire Tiramisu yourself - we won't judge.)

What to know:
This is an active, hands-on class — you will be standing, cooking, and working the majority of the session. Guests work in pairs and class size is limited to 14 for a personalized experience. Closed-toed shoes required. Long hair must be pulled back. Ages 16+. Gluten-free option available upon request at booking.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations 72+ hours before the event receive a refund or gift certificate. No refunds or re-schedules within 72 hours. No-shows forfeit full payment. A Flourshop reserves the right to cancel or reschedule if minimum attendance is not met; ticket holders receive a full refund or transfer to a future date.
