SEATING INFORMATION Reservations are offered at two seating times each evening. Each seating begins promptly, and the experience unfolds simultaneously for all guests. GRATUITY POLICY At JOTAKI, we offer a gratuity-free dining experience. Both cash and credit card gratuities will be respectfully declined. In keeping with the Japanese tradition of wholehearted hospitality, exceptional service is an integral part of the experience and is extended to every guest. CANCELLATION POLICY Reservations may be canceled, rescheduled, or transferred up to 72 hours before the scheduled reservation time. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation, as well as no-shows, will be treated as late cancellations and charged the full experience price. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation within the 72-hour period, please contact our team directly at 702-852-0000. All changes are subject to availability and our cancellation policy. DIETARY RESTRICTIONS & FOOD ALLERGIES TENSHOU Collection offers a seasonal omakase menu, thoughtfully composed around the finest ingredients available each day. Please inform us of any food allergies at least 72 hours before your reservation. Peanut allergies may be accommodated, subject to the chef’s review and approval. Due to the nature of our menu, we are unable to accommodate: - Food allergies other than peanut allergies - Vegetarian, vegan, or pescatarian diets - Halal, kosher, or other religious dietary requirements - Other lifestyle or preference-based dietary requests Our kitchen handles a wide range of ingredients, including major food allergens.
