Using only the freshest ingredients, Chef Siegel consistently brings out the best in whatever he is preparing. Through his tasting menu, he provides diners with a wonderful experience.

We are unable to accommodate diners who choose to be vegan, vegetarians who cannot consume small amounts of dairy or gluten, or diners who cannot consume cooked alliums, and diners who cannot consume butter.
